One of my fav!
I've been more sedentary and out of shape in the last few years than I can remember. Being able to have a choice of beginner at home videos has made me believe that I can get back in shape again.
Great class, still challenging but slower paced and thorough. I’ve done many many years of Pilates but after a longer break this was well matched to my current strength level and allowed me to focus on proper form
