Billing cycles are set on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the type of subscription plan you choose when purchasing a Subscription. At the end of each billing cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it or we cancel it. You may cancel your Subscription renewal through our website or by contacting our customer support ([email protected]).

If you are a beginner who has never taken Pilates before, we strongly recommend that you sign up for Beginner level class in order to learn the basics and get strong enough for more advanced levels.

Pregnant women are discouraged from taking classes, unless the class is specifically prenatal.

We accept most credit cards.

All packages, classes, are non-refundable and are not exchangeable. All sales are final. We offer a way to convert certain purchased items into other items at our discretion.

Currently, we offer our virtual services only in North America. We hope to expand the access to other countries at some point.
