Sophia K., NYC

Consistently a mind/body transforming experience. Class flow is great and each session is purposefully challenging and rewarding. The studio is also well kept and beautiful. The class size (up to 6) lends itself well to student focus and attention from the instructors. Love it here!

I've trained with Sylvia three times a week for four years now and would practice nowhere else. The key qualities that set her Pilates classes apart: They are tough and they are never the same, so you are continuously challenged and never bored. I prefer my workouts to be rigorous, and Sylvia delivers in spades, but each of the instructors at the studio has her own style, so there's someone to suit every client.
