Use the rungs, springs, and backboard for

  • lunges
  • balance moves
  • Floor work using springs and the ladder rungs to increase the challenge
  • Two high bars offer possibilities for hanging exercises to help strengthen the upper body and core and lengthen the spine

Sylvia Ostrowska
Sylvia has been practicing Pilates since 2007 and actively teaching it since 2012. A BASI®-trained Pilates instructor, she has developed a dedicated following of clients who love the results they get from her classes: noticeable improvements to physique, endurance, strength, coordination, and flexibility.
Magda Matono
Magda's true passion has always been fitness and movement. She followed her passion and completed her certification thorough Core Pilates NYC. Now, she views Pilates as a perfect way to balance one's body and mind. She strives to push her clients beyond their perceived limits so that they can achieve this balance as well.
Angela Chicone
Angela was introduced to Pilates at the early age of fourteen by way of her classical ballet training. In an effort to give her dance greater strength and control, she learned the benefits of Pilates on the body. She spent years experimenting with various forms of fitness trends, but always returned to Pilates because of its effectiveness to rebuild the body. She became a BASI trained instructor to help others achieve strength, balance and confidence in their everyday lives.
