Pilates By Sylvia is not in the business of selling off your data. Everything we collect is used to help us provide you with the best service possible.

Identity & Access

When you sign up for Pilates By Sylvia, we ask for your name, your phone, email address, country, and zip code. This is done so that you can personalize your new account, and we can send you receipts, updates, or other essential information. We'll never sell or rent your personal info to third parties, and we won't use your name in marketing statements without your permission, either. When you pay Pilates By Sylvia for any services, everything is handled by our payment processor Stripe. Through Stripe, we can only see records of your payments and the last four digits and expiration date of credit cards. When contacting Pilates By Sylvia with a question or to ask for help, we keep that correspondence, and the email address, for future reference. When browsing our marketing pages, we track that for statistical purposes (test new designs, A/B tests, etc.). We also store any information that you volunteer, like surveys, for as long as it's relevant.

The only times we'll ever share your info:

• To provide products or services you've requested, with your permission.
• To investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, violations of our Terms of Service or as otherwise required by law.
• If Pilates By Sylvia is acquired by or merged with another company, you'll be notified well in advance if any info about you is transferred and/or becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
