All classes and sessions have 24-hour cancellation policy. Any cancellation within the 24-hour window will be charged for the class or session
Students who have never taken a Pilates Reformer class before, are not allowed to attend/sign up for the Intermediate or Advanced classes. Instead, the student should attend at least one Beginner class or one Private Session in order to be evaluated by his/her teacher. Only then can the student be either promoted to the next level, or not.
All classes and sessions are by reservation only, and payment is due prior to the scheduled session or class. No walk-ins
For safety reasons, we do not allow late entry (15 minutes or more) to our classes. No exceptions. All classes and sessions begin and end on time.
Classes and sessions are 55 minutes long. Group classes with only one participant will be shortened to 45 minutes
We reserve the right to substitute instructors if necessary
Pregnant people are discouraged from taking classes, unless the class is specifically prenatal, and instead are encouraged to take private sessions
No bare feet please. Socks are required
No gum chewing please. Please refrain from wearing heavy perfumes, colognes, and other scents. No use of cell phones. Please turn off the cell phones before entering the studio
We reserve the right to turn away clients who do not comply with our policy and refund their purchases
Please do not unsubscribe from reminders and notifications if you use the waitlist, so that you could be notified when your turn comes up
All packages are non-refundable, non-transferable, and all have expiration dates
Some packages, like the group class packages, have two concepts of expiration to be aware of: the "start using by", which is how much time you have to start using the package after purchasing it, and the "expires x months after the first use", which indicates how long you have after the first use of the package.
New Client Specials are to be purchased only once by new clients
We will extend packages for another month only with a purchase of any of the following full price packages:
This does not apply to Bootcamp packages. Bootcamp packages cannot be extended.
We accept credit cards and cash
I'm new to Pilates, what should I do?
If you have never done Pilates before, you can either sign up for a Beginner Class, or sign up for a Private Session.
What should I wear?

Do you have showers?
Bryant Park location has a shower, and all of our studios are equipped with Refresh Stations.
How much time should I give myself to arrive before the class?
We recommend arriving 5-10 minutes before class. If you need to change, give yourself 15 minutes.

We require a notice of cancellation 24 hours or more before the class start time in order to free up your spot and credit your account. Click here for more on our policies.

No. To qualify for the advanced Pilates Reformer class, you need to have done at least 20 Pilates Reformer classes in the last 6 months, and have no injuries.
I'm pregnant, and I'm not sure what level of class I should take?
If you're in your first trimester, and your doctor allows you to take Pilates classes, then you may sign up for a Beginner class. In all other cases, you should sign up for a Private Session.
