  • Cancellation Policy

    All classes and sessions have 24-hour cancellation policy. Any cancellation within the 24-hour window will be charged for the class or session

  • Class Levels

    If you are a beginner who has never taken Pilates before, you should only sign up for Beginner level class. Then, your instructor will promote you to the Intermediate level, when they believe you are ready.

    If you feel you're an intermediate level student, you may try our Intermediate Level class but your instructor will assess you and tell you if you should remain in intermediate or go back to beginner.

    In order to take our Advanced level class, you must take at least one Intermediate level class and be promoted by your instructor to Advanced level class.

  • No Walkins

    All classes and sessions are by reservation only, and payment is due prior to the scheduled session or class. No walk-ins

  • Prompt

    For safety reasons, we do not allow late entry (15 minutes or more) to our classes. No exceptions. All classes and sessions begin and end on time.

  • 45 Minute Exception

    Classes and sessions are 55 minutes long. Group classes with only one participant will be shortened to 45 minutes

  • Substitute

    We reserve the right to substitute instructors if necessary

  • Pregnancy

    Pregnant women are discouraged from taking classes, unless the class is specifically prenatal, and instead are encouraged to take private sessions

  • No Bare Feet

    No bare feet please. Socks are required

  • No Gum, Phones, or Perfumes Please

    No gum chewing please. Please refrain from wearing heavy perfumes, colognes, and other scents. No use of cell phones. Please turn off the cell phones before entering the studio

  • Turn Away

    We reserve the right to turn away clients who do not comply with our policy and refund their purchases

  • Email Notifications

    Please do not unsubscribe from reminders and notifications if you use the waitlist, so that you could be notified when your turn comes up

  • Packages

    All packages are non-refundable, non-transferable, and all have expiration dates

  • Package Expiration

    Some packages, like the group class packages, have two concepts of expiration to be aware of: the "start using by", which is how much time you have to start using the package after purchasing it, and the "expires x months after the first use", which indicates how long you have after the first use of the package.

  • New Client Specials/Offers

    New Client Specials are to be purchased only once by new clients

  • Package Extension

    We will extend packages for another month only with a purchase of any of the following full price packages:

    This does not apply to Bootcamp packages. Bootcamp packages cannot be extended.

  • Payment

    We accept credit cards and cash

  • Refunds and Exchanges

    All packages, classes, private sessions, and duets are non-refundable and are not exchangeable. All sales are final.

  • I'm new to Pilates, what should I do?

    If you have never done Pilates before, you can either sign up for a Beginner Class, or sign up for a Private Session.

  • What should I wear?

    You should be dressed in comfortable clothing. We only require that you wear socks. If you are interested, we sell Tucketts toeless Pilates socks at the studio. If you sign up for our Ladder classes, gloves are highly recommended.

  • Do you have showers?

    Bryant Park location has a shower, and all of our studios are equipped with Refresh Stations.

  • How much time should I give myself to arrive before the class?

    We recommend arriving 5-10 minutes before class. If you need to change, give yourself 15 minutes.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    We require a notice of cancellation 24 hours or more before the class start time in order to free up your spot and credit your account. Click here for more on our policies.

  • I'm pregnant, and I'm not sure what level of class I should take?

    If you're in your first trimester, and your doctor allows you to take Pilates classes, then you may sign up for a Beginner class. In all other cases, you should sign up for a Private Session.
