Unlike the open level classes, most of our classes are customized for each level: Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced. This allows a natural progression within the levels, ensuring that the student is ready to advance to the next level. After assessment, our instructors can determine whether a student is ready for the next level or whether the student needs to build strength and stamina.
Beginner ClassSee Schedule
These classes cater to the absolute beginner. They are ideal for people who have never taken a Pilates Reformer class or someone who needs to build up strength.
This class is not appropriate for pregnant people.
Intermediate ClassSee Schedule
If you've done Pilates before and are comfortable with doing the exercises, then this class is for you.
An energetic, fast paced class including some modifications for advanced exercises, but clients are encouraged to challenge themselves.
Must know reformer fundamentals. This class is not appropriate for pregnant people.
Advanced ClassSee Schedule
Advanced Class This is a high intensity Pilates class. It is only recommended for people who have already been taking the Intermediate classes and who have consulted with the instructors to take the next step.
This class is not appropriate for pregnant or injured people.
Every class is different. Instructors are always switching things up. No class is the same.
These Group Class packages are motivational and have one goal, to get you to workout within the span of one month! They expire one month after the purchase date, so you have to use them within a month.
