Customized classes for different levels

Unlike open level classes of other studios, all of our classes are customized for specific skill levels: Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced. These levels allow a natural progression, ensuring that a student is ready to advance to the next class level. Every class is different. Our instructors are always exercising their creativity to introduce variety and prevent repetitive movements. As a result no class is the same.

Beginner Class

Beginner classes cater to the absolute beginner. This level is ideal for new students to build their knowledge of the basic principles of Pilates, while also giving them the opportunity to build up their coordination and strength.

This level is not appropriate for women who are pregnant.

Beginner Ladder

This class focuses on functional movements, spring and body weight exercises, as well as balance challenges.

Beginner Reformer

This class is ideal for people who have never taken a Pilates Reformer class. It builds coordination and strength in students through classic Pilates movements.

Beginner Reformer/Tower

This class is the same as the Beginner Reformer, with the addition of Towers, which provide extra variation to the movement.

Beginner Reformer/Ladder

This class combines Beginner Reformer with Beginner Ladder to create variety. One half of the class is spent on Reformers, and the other, on Ladders.

Beginner/Intermediate Reformer

This class builds upon the Beginner Reformer, taking it to the next level through creative adjustments including the addition of props such as the ball, magic circle, and stability disc and variations in spring weights.

Beginner/Intermediate Ladder

This class builds upon the Beginner Ladder modifying the exercises and movements slightly to make them more challenging.

If you've done Pilates before and are comfortable with doing the exercises, then this level is for you.

Our Intermediate level classes are designed to further challenge the coordination and strength of students through variations of the classic Pilates movements. These energetic, fast paced classes include some modifications for more advanced exercises, but students are encouraged to challenge themselves.

Must know reformer fundamentals. This level is not appropriate for women who are pregnant.

Intermediate Reformer

An energetic, fast paced class including some modifications for advanced exercises, but students are encouraged to challenge themselves.

Advanced Class

Advanced class levels are high intensity Pilates classes. This level is only recommended for students who have already been taking the intermediate classes and have been assessed, approved, and promoted to this level by our instructors. Due to the intensity of the movement and quick transitions between movements a certain level of coordination and strength is required from each student to ensure safety. Our advanced level classes take the movements of the intermediate classes to the highest level.

This level is not appropriate for injured individuals or women who are pregnant.

Advanced Reformer

They are designed to challenge coordination, core strength and stability through climbing, hanging, and standing work, employing body weight, gravity, and spring resistance. Often, further variations with the chair are employed to enhance the dynamics of the class. Again, no class is ever quite the same given the creativity of our instructors.
